BOOK A SELF-DRIVE HIRE

We offer a range of hires to suit your requirements.  Whether your need is for booking a few hours for an arena hire to a longer-term requirement, you'll always get the same premium level of service from us.

 

Outlined below are the four simple steps you'll need to take to book our Self-Drive Hire ...

Make sure you're happy with our Ts and Cs before proceeding.

Did you know you'll need to be aged between 25-75yrs to hire our horseboxes and a damage deposit is required upon pick-up.

​

All hires require a damage deposit of £300 (with a maximum liability of £500) which will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle. See more below.

It's easy to select a hire plan and date below.

If you want to book more than just one session, 'add to cart', then choose another session to add.  Your final cart will tally up your combined bookings and you can check out and pay in one transaction.

Remember if you're booking a hire for more than 7 days you can use the discount code below.

PAY ONLINE

Complete our booking form and you can pay online either by credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

​

You can cancel or reschedule your booking (up to 7 days prior) online by logging into your account using the log-in feature.

​

Your damage deposit can either be paid in advance by bank transfer or upon collection of the vehicle by credit/debit card.

If you do book one of our hire plans below, you will also need to complete the forms and attach necessary paperwork in the Hire Docs webpage. 

If you have hired from us before you'll just need to complete the short form in the Repeat Hire section

Deposit Payment Details

In addition to your hire payment online, SPJ Horsebox Hire will also need to take a debit/credit card payment of £300* for any damage caused which will be refunded on safe return of the vehicle.  Please note, damage waiver insurance policies can be taken out to protect you from this charge in the event of an accident. 

*Your maximum liability is £500 in the event of a road-traffic accident. In the event that the damage to the horsebox exceeds £500, a further £200 to your original £300 will need to be paid.
