Service Description
Heading for a weekend trip away? Enjoy an extra day on us. PLEASE NOTE: If you are hiring our horsebox for the first time you will also need to fill in the form on our HIRE DOCS webpage and provide necessary documentation. If you have hired from us before you will need to fill in the form on our REPEAT HIRE webpage. In all circumstances, a damage deposit will need to be paid separately before pick-up.

Cancellation Policy
To exercise your right to reschedule or cancel your booking, please log in and do so online via the 'My Bookings' area. For cancellations up to 1 week prior to your booking, we will refund you the full amount. For cancellations within 1 week of your booking we will retain a £40 cancellation charge. For cancellations within 24 hours of your booking we will retain 75% of the full hire charge. For further details, please visit our full Terms and Conditions on the HIRE DOCS page on our website.
